3. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

At LittlePrintings, we take pride in crafting and printing our unique 3D printed planters and pots upon receiving your order. As a result, orders usually take about a week to process and send out. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we are working diligently to get your order to you as soon as possible.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do offer international shipping. For orders outside of Singapore, we charge SGD $11.50, which is approximately 8.50 USD. Please note that international orders may take longer to arrive due to customs and shipping regulations.

We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for personalized or custom items. These items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
